Managers can assign policies to individual staff profiles, edit and manage their policies, add or remove staff members, and track the progress of their team.
Additionally, a suite of about 250 operational forms are available to the compliance management system including risk assessments, audit logs, accident-incident logs, and recruitment records. With our policy management system, you don’t have to worry about keeping your policies up to date. We take care of that.

We worked with an educational specialist to completely redesign care policies and create a format that makes them accessible and effective communication tools. We call that format Instructional Design and it incorporates call-out boxes that explain what the policy means in day to day practise, a very accessible design format, key take away points and graphical process maps. All of this helps the policy communicate the information more effectively than standard, and let’s face it rather dull, care policies.
We edit and revise each policy to fit the company’s specific context and requirements. We have a set of master documents, but these are revised for each individual client so what they receive is particular to them and reflects their own voice. We have to move away from template policies, they don’t work for anyone.
Our policies reflect care regulation in England, and all relevant UK legislation. Each policy contains a clear explanation of which laws and standards it relates to.
We keep them up to date for our clients. Evidenced Compliance operates via a subscription model and as long as a client subscribes, they get updates for all of their policies inclusive within the monthly fee.
We’ve created a cloud-based system that allows staff to access all policies via any internet-enabled devise, wherever they are. Companies can also download the whole set of policies to print off in ‘hard’ copy to keep in the office if they want, but their policies can be read anywhere.
Our system incorporates comprehension testing for each policy and detailed reporting by individual member of staff and each policy, so company owners and managers have detailed evidence their policies have been read and understood.
