Peter has a strong 38-year career background of successful SME turnarounds and helping company owners build sustainable strategies for growth. He has been directly involved in helping our largest clients where tendering has been a core priority for the boards of LEs to win grow and successfully sell their businesses. He has helped hundreds of companies become fit-to-compete in the public service arena. He spent 5 years building a delivery team to help SMEs across various sectors win tendered contracts for services. He co-founded Insequa in August 2012 and heads up the company’s strategic growth.

Bill worked in the Public Sector for 22 years prior to launching Insequa Ltd. He started his career as a nurse in the NHS, working in orthopaedics, trauma and acute medicine. He then moved into academia for 15 years leading on programmes of applied research in collaboration with the NHS.

As Strategy Director, Will brings over four years of experience at Insequa, having advanced from Sales Executive to a Senior Leadership position. His role is to develop new strategies that foster growth, and innovation to enhance win rates and drive client success. Will has a deep understanding of the bidding process, combined with deep market knowledge, ensuring impactful, tailored solutions that deliver results to all our clients.

As Sales Director, Mathew oversees the Sales team, ensuring exceptional service for both new and existing clients. As the first point of contact for the company, he prioritises setting a strong example and providing immediate peace of mind to every client.

Paul Keen joined Insequa Limited as Client Director in October 2023, leading the Social Care Tender production team. The team delivers tenders for public sector Social Care service requirements for a range of clients. As Client Director, Paul manages key customer relations, leads large bids, mentors the Production Team, completes evaluations and quality checks, and reports to the Company Owners. Paul has a proven track record of helping businesses grow, with skills in creating and managing high-performing teams, delivering sustainable business growth, meeting statutory business requirements, and developing a value-driven culture. Key achievements at Insequa include supporting the implementation of AI, being a key member of the Senior Management Team, implementing new processes, and developing new services. He also completes all IT related tenders. Prior to Insequa, Paul held leadership roles such as Operations Director at iCare24 Limited, Complex Care Manager at Newcross Healthcare Solutions, and Service Delivery Director at International Medical Management. Earlier in his career, he worked at Sodexo Remote Sites Scotland and Abermed/International SOS. Paul also possesses significant IT knowledge that he utilises to help businesses maximise their IT investments.
