Before we talk

Your questions,
answered.

Have something specific in mind?
Ask the Insequa team.

Is this the right programme for my business?

It is designed for established social care providers looking to expand, diversify income or prepare for succession. An initial conversation helps establish whether your ambitions and support needs fit the programme.

How much does it cost?

You pay a monthly retainer for an agreed number of support hours. The level of support, scope and rate for any additional hours are agreed with you. Contact the team to discuss an arrangement for your business.

What commitment is involved?

The partnership is designed for ongoing support. Your initial subscription term, renewal arrangements and your team’s involvement are agreed before starting. Your input will be needed for the ambition workshop, business information, planning decisions and reviews.

Who will I work with?

You will work with Insequa’s social care specialists. During your initial conversation, ask the team to explain who would lead your partnership and which specialists would support your priorities.

Does the programme include bid writing?

Bid identification, go/no-go decisions and end-to-end bid writing and management form part of the available support. Agree the bids, scope and hours with your team so the work fits your monthly allocation. Additional hours can be purchased at an agreed rate.

What happens to unused hours?

Unused hours are banked and carry forward. Any limits, expiry or treatment when the subscription ends should be confirmed in your agreement.

How does the partnership develop over time?

As your business grows, we review your priorities together and shape the ongoing support around them. Quarterly strategic reviews, an annual strategy refresh, procurement monitoring and strategic advice help keep your plans relevant and your next steps clear.
