As your journey begins, your team will be hard at work behind the scenes. Identifying the key themes, carrying out compliance checks and creating storyboards to establish the structure of your tender.

Next, your Social Care Lead will contact you to set up a series of calls to find out more about your business. In between calls with your Social Care Lead, your Bid Manager will be working on the technical elements of your tender, and you may hear from them to ask you for documents or to complete and sign any forms required.

Our Social Care Tender Writers then set to work on crafting your tender responses. They will use the information from your conversations with the Social Care Lead, expertly selecting the key information to draft the best response.

Once your draft responses are ready, your Bid Manager and your Social Care Lead will review these and send them to one of our specialist Evaluators.

The final stage before submission is our quality check. Our QC will go through the whole bid to make sure everything is present and correct before submission.
