Growth Partnership Programme
Growth Without a Plan Is Just Ambition
Where do you want your care company to be in three, five or ten years? The Growth Partnership Programme is a 12-month strategic partnership that builds your growth strategy, then does the heavy lifting to help you achieve it.

The problem
Most social care providers know they want to grow, but lack a structured plan to get there. They expand reactively, chasing opportunities as they appear rather than pursuing a deliberate, planned strategy. They remain dangerously dependent on a small number of local authority contracts. If one is lost, the financial impact can be existential.
Traditional management consultancies charge tens of thousands for growth strategies that gather dust. They lack procurement expertise and social care experience. Insequa has both, and we will help you build and deliver a growth plan that develops resilience in your business model and helps you achieve your ambitions.
Who is it for?
Established providers looking to scale
organisations with a strong track record that want to expand into new geographies or service lines but lack a structured plan for doing so.
Owner-operators planning for the future
owners thinking about succession, management buyouts or external sale who need to build the value, structure and resilience that attract acquirers.
Providers over-reliant on a single funding source
organisations where most revenue comes from local authority contracts, who need to diversify into private client work to build financial resilience.
Start-ups and new entrants
organisations entering the social care market who need a clear growth roadmap from the outset.

What makes this different
In short: practical tools, real change and support from social care experts. Most growth programmes are based on coaching sessions or clever management models that cost a lot and do not get you very far. Ours is different. We do real work on your behalf, not just tell you what to do. It is based on practical assistance, on Insequa rolling our sleeves up and doing the heavy lifting for, and with, you. It is about being your partner and helping realise the ambitions you have for your company.
Our approach delivers depth of intelligence from 14 years in social care procurement, depth of expertise from over 150 years of combined social care experience across our team, and depth of integrity from hundreds of happy clients and a 4.7 Google review rating.
“Insequa’s team demonstrated excellent collaboration, offering a transparent process and clearly outlined pathway throughout the tender process. They were highly knowledgeable, approachable, maintained effective communication, and a consistently friendly and professional demeanour at all times. I eagerly anticipate future collaborations with Insequa on other projects.”
How we work together
- The programme is delivered through a 12-month subscription model.
- You pay a monthly retainer for an agreed number of hours of support each month. Unused hours are banked and carry forward, and you can purchase additional hours at an agreed rate as needed.
- Full accounting transparency is maintained throughout the engagement.
- If you are happy at the end of 12 months, we would be delighted if you chose to continue with ongoing strategic support: quarterly reviews, an annual strategy refresh, continuous procurement monitoring and ad hoc strategic advice.
